Sherice Pagel is a leadership expert, speaker, and coach whose work examines women, influence, and human behavior.
Through the Pagel Leadership Group, she studies the behavioral dynamics behind how people perceive and respond to women in positions of influence, and what changes when leadership development accounts for women's realities rather than treating the traditional model as universally neutral.
Her Behavioral Leadership methodology examines why people think, resist, respond, and commit, giving leaders a more precise way to understand the human behavior underneath influence, trust, authority, communication, and decision-making.
